Godham Eco Village is a brainchild of Mr. Nitin Ghotkule, or popularly called as Nitin dada. Born & brought up in Adhale Bk., he was always a farmer to the core. Nitin dada & his wife Mrs. Nikita Ghotkule are relentlessly working for social economic growth of the village & hundred other surrounding villages for the past two decades. Guiding and helping all-ages of the villages with their advice. Their vision is to build a long-term sustainable ecosystem in Godham. Both of them are spiritual and are driven by positivity. They are the guiding hands for our Godham Eco Village.

It’s over 400 acres of area and is well connected with district roads, has water bodies & wells. Thus, certain spots near these facilities are priced higher than others. Some spots are meant for farmhouse, some plots are best suited for farming only, some are good for both. You can know more during your visit.

We will try our best to fulfill your dream. Would you like us quoting 1 cr. per acre & then negotiating to 60 lakhs? You’re most welcome anytime. Most people visit over the weekends. Best time to visit is before 4pm to see all plots in daylight & takes about 1-1.30 hours to see and discuss your queries. Just that, please confirm one or two days prior to the visit because, you should meet Nitin dada to get more clarity on your doubts but he is a busy man with all his responsibilities and commitments to villages. We know a lot of sites & we also know how cheaper land offers in other parts work. We have heard sad stories, we have seen members crying because how their old cheaper land purchase turned out to be a scam and how they loved Godham instead.
